We offer a 30 day policy from the date your order is delivered. Within this time, you may request a return or refund subject to the conditions below.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee is designed to allow first time customers to try Pure Filth products risk free. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies to first time purchases only per customer and is limited to one opened product per order. It is valid only on orders placed directly through getpurefilth.com and does not apply to purchases made through third party retailers.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must provide your order number and details on how the product was used. Functional mushrooms are not always instant and should be taken consistently for at least 10 to 14 days. Dosage may need adjusting depending on the individual. Our team may provide guidance before approving a refund.
If approved, refunds under the 30 day guarantee apply to one unit only and cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are not refundable and any discounts or promotional offers are excluded. If multiple quantities were purchased, additional units may be eligible for store credit only.
All claims under the 30 day guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse, abuse or suspicious activity is identified.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return of an unopened product, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, contact hello@getpurefilth.com with your order number and reason for request. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns Process
If your return is accepted for an unopened product, we will arrange for collection via courier. In certain cases, we may request photos of the product or require the item to be returned for quality checks. Where applicable, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Terms
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are not refundable and any discounts or promotional offers are excluded.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, if the product was purchased from a third party retailer, if multiple units have been consumed, if the product has not been used as directed, or if the request shows signs of misuse or abuse.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Any item that has been opened outside of the 30 day guarantee conditions, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions are designed for convenience and continuity. No refunds are issued for subscription renewals after the initial order. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause or cancel subscriptions before renewal.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return if eligible and place a new order.
Final Decision
All refund and return requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where abuse, misuse or suspicious activity is identified.
